Are your programs only for the advanced?


No, each program is designed for 3 different levels of training experience. With the use of the different training levels al memberships and programs will be fully adjusted to give you the most optimal training results in the shortest time possible.

You can choose between the following training levels:

  • Beginner
    0 - 6 months physical training experience
  • Intermediate
    6 - 24 months physical training experience
  • Advanced* 
    24+ months physical training experience

* If you have not been involved in physical training for the last 3 months, start with the intermediate level.
